Search and apply for Projects you find interesting If you are interested in applying your knowledge and talents to assist others in completing projects, you can search through open projects and apply to the Project Leader to present the reasons you feel you’re the right one for the task.  Assist and collaborate on Projects and earn Equity Once accepted by the Project Leader to assist and collaborate on a Project, your efforts are rewarded by an equity interest (the amount of equity is negotiated between you and the Project Leader) in the patents and licensing revenue generated from the Project. Express your willingness to invest in Projects You can also co-invest in an invention to boost your equity and the equity of the project. Its all up to you and the Project Leader to set the terms.
